Tax question etiquette: to give equal priority to all clients, if you have an issue that is complex, please email as much detail and additional documentation you have ahead of time and schedule a meeting two days away to allow time for me to research your questions.

upcoming Considerations:

OBBBA changes are pretty much set in stone for TY 2025. If you happen to be a tip income earner or earn overtime pay, make sure you keep a personal record of those earnings to verify the amount your employer has on your W-2 or 1099.

About the Owner›

Zach Cooper is passionate about researching the complexities of tax law along the east coast as well as international law. As someone that grew up working in the gig economy, he spent a lot of time navigating tax code to stay compliant with his own taxes. As time went on, Zach noticed that more people were shifting to informal labor economies and decided to refine and pass along the knowledge he studied.
